Who is offering the Plugin? Its not Adobe so you should make contact with the provider for support.
It is Adobe.
Product page is: https://creative.adobe.com/addons/products/12039#
There was no other third party involved in the purchase, see attached order details:
So I ask the subject, where I bought it.
We processed your Adobe Add-ons purchase - Thank you! Here are the details about that order for your records:
FujiFilm Tether Shooting Plug-in (Win)
Order # ADO150729-5540-60281
0,00 € tax/VAT
The plugin was evidently developed by Fujifilm:
The Adobe site evidently simply markets it for Fuji.
I think you'll have to get in touch with Fujifilm for support.
OK. It's probably question of different customer relationship culture.
We are used here, in "wild east", that contracting subject also holds warranty.
Now I understand, that Adobe just receives payment but accepts no responsibility.
Did you accept an Adobe license agreement when you installed the plug-in? If so, did the agreement say the software was provided As Is With No Warranty as is standard? Or was there a Fuji license agreement?
My suggestion that you take the problem to the plugin's authors is purely pragmatic--you're much more likely to get the assistance you need from them.
