I am not running them at the same time. It installed and worked on the small laptop, but I need to work from the larger multi-monitor desktop. I installed it 2 years ago on the desktop, yet all of the software still says "TRIAL" or "Buy Now". I have a valid and current subscription. I was told by a rep they would follow up with me, but that did not occur.
I have tired signing out and back in. For a moment it shows properly then switches within about 10 seconds. All updates are installed.
Please help! This is effecting my ability to get crucial work done. The laptop is way off to my left and it is hard to turn and lean over and squinch my eyes to work on it.

I am trying to use the CC2015 apps now. I do not keep cookies on that desktop after a session is complete.
