Could you let us know how you are trying to open the file? Could you attach a screenshot of the page that you observe when you open the PDF file?
If you are subscribed to the Acrobat Pro subscription, you can rotate, delete or move the pages. The 'Edit' functionality is available on Desktop and for mobile devices, it is 'iPad only'. Please let us know if you observe any more issues.

For better understanding could you please attach the screenshot of the page error that you obtain after opening the pdf file? As far I understand there are chances of data loss from Lenovo Ideapad 10 while using external app. In such cases you may use any third party application for data recovery from Lenovo Ideapad. To get the software for free go to this link: http://www.lenovo-datarecovery.com/ideapad-yoga.html
Can you have a look at the feed of the rating system in the Playstore? People have a lot of trouble with the app since a few weeks.
Today I could open small files normally with the adobe app and even use the note & highlight functions. But with bigger files as study-scripts it doesn't work anymore. There appears a note saying there would be no application installed to open the file (clicking in the adobe app on a file - and it says: no app available - how weird). I could do some screenshots but that wouldn't tell you a lot more.
Device: Lenovo ideapad 10 (Android system)
App: Latest available version
As more people experience these sort of problems currently, I guess the app runs generally unstable. I pay aprx. 18€/month for the subscription and I subscribed only to use it on a mobile device during the lessons. Now it's useless and disappointing.
Surprisingly, screenshots often help quite a lot. We do test the application quite heavily and we haven't actually seen the behavior you are describing when we do our testing. We've done nothing to intentionally prevent you from opening files of any size for free. We don't have a string anywhere in our product that says "no app available", so we are trying to figure out where this message comes from and in what context it appears to see if we can help more.
Thank you for your patience and your help!
The previous screenshot is from a Samsung S3 neo. Same app running on Android. There must be something wrong with the current version...
I have a theory based on the screenshots:
- The files do not have .pdf extensions in their name. Can you try renaming one of them to make sure they end in .pdf?
- Some file names have a "." in them. If adding a .pdf extension does not work, can you please try removing the "."?
I do not have my android device with me today so I cannot test this theory. Thank you for your response!
You were absolutely right! I renamed these files a while ago. I deleted the ".pdf" from the name, because I thought Acrobat would add it anyway, but I didn't pay attention after all.
Also for the 1st time I added these dots in the middle of the name...
However after correcting/renaming the files again everything works just fine. So there was no problem with the app. Good to know, because there is no other app, doing the job so well.
Thank you for your support!
