In Adobe Sketch, you can send to any machine with your CreativeCloud subscription logged in.
If you've used your CC credentials on two machines (laptop/desktop), it may be showing up on the 'other' machine?
"Log Out / Log In" usually fixes any errors with misdirection.
You can also find your projects online: http://assets.adobe.com Just sign in with your Adobe CC subscription credentials.
Thanks for your help! However I have tried this on several machines, and the image is no where to be found. Any other ideas? I will take them!
I think what Ko was asking is whether you've checked to see that you're signed in to both Sketch on your device and Creative Cloud on your desktop with the same Adobe ID. So many people have more than one Adobe ID (it's as simple to do as having a different password for the same email address) and don't even realize that they're signed in to the two different places with two different log-ins.
Can you check by signing out of Sketch on your device and signing out of Creative Cloud on your desktop and then signing back in to both?
Before signing out of the app, please make sure your work is synced to Creative Cloud by logging-in to http://assets.adobe.com (My Assets - Mobile Creations - Sketch) and making sure your work is there.
Yep. I did that a few times. And on different devices.
Okay, if you've checked that, here are a few other things to check:
* Are you using the most recent version of Sketch (v3.2.1) and the most recent version of Illustrator (v19.2.0) or Photoshop CC (v2015.1)?
* Are you having the trouble with one document or multiple documents? If you've only tried one document, can you create a really simple document and try sending that.
* When you send from Sketch and you get the Sent notification, what's happening in your CC Desktop App (specifically if you click on the Assets tab, then the Files or Fonts tab)? Do you see All Files Up To Date or a spinner?
Let me know.
Hi there, hv!
Were you able to find success with the previous suggestions?
Please let me know and we can go from there.
