I can't open books in Digital reader. License key is broken

I am trying to open the books i purchased in Sept-Nov, and i am receiving a message: Unable to open. License key is damaged.

And on my attempt to download new books message looks like this: Unable to download. Error getting license. License Server Communication problem E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN.

what should i do?

Its a error with the download itself. Try to download with the other internet browser if not work ask by the reseller that should check the download.
