Log out and back in.
If only it were that simple! I've tried that a few times and no luck
But did you log out and log in in the Creative Cloud desktop app (found in the menu bar on a Mac or the task bar in Windows). Click on the "gear" icon > Preferences > General > Sign Out. Not the log in and log out in InDesign CC (Help > Sign Out).

Can you confirm if you are logged-in properly in InDesign. To confirm, check if you can work with assets in CCLibrary or sync fonts from typekit.
Please reply with your findings then only we can investigate further to see what has been causing this issue to you.
