    Can not update Creative Cloud apps.


      When I start up my computer I am told updates are available but when it reaches 2% it states in red connecting to server and that's where it stalls, nothing further happens. I am running a Windows 7 computer and this happened to me several months ago. I was able to resolve it with considerable help but didn't save a history of what was done. I was told to delete CC and reinstall but that proved to be more than a simple deletion.
