Are those images missing? Do they show exclamation mark on top left in the preview?
Or, if your original images are stored on an external drive, is that drive connected?
And which version of Lightroom are you using?
Which operating system : Windows or mac?
Hi Chetna the following is how they appear. I am using Windows 10 and light is the newest online version.
I did not get the screenshot.
You need to open the link in the web browser and upload screenshot from there.
It’s not letting me past in the browser. The photos all have an exclamation mark on top left in the preview
Maybe I missing something….Your last e-mail only shows the photos with their exclamation point in the right hand corner of each photo without any text suggesting how I can resolve my problem.
Good morning Chetna,
I figured out what the exclamation point on a photo means, it is to tell you that you have a missing photo or photos. I clicked on the exclamation point, then re-attached all but one photo that is now not include in my collection in Lightroom. How do I bring that photo into Lightroom?
Thank you for your help ,

Thanks for the update.
Yes, if you see exclamation mark on those images, it means that the images are missing.
This happens when you rename, move or delete the original images outside Lightroom.
If you know the actual location of those images, you can relocate them within Lightroom.
