Transfering highlighted files from one device to another

I need to transfer a highlighted file from my computer to my iPad.  The highlights in the file do not transfer.  Is there a solution for this?  Its much easier to study from my iPad than my computer.  And highlighting with ADE on an iPad is basically impossible.

At moment its not possible to transfer Highlights form IPad you other device.
