What version of Premiere Elements, what computer operating system?
Have you explored the audio transition adjustments, such as alignment, duration.
Have you looked at clip handles to make the transition work?
What audio transition are you using, Constant Gain or Constant Power? If you have not already, please look at Constant Power.
Please consider and give details.
Yes, I've tried adjusting the clip handles, alignment and duration. I've tried constant gain and power. There is absolutely no change to the audio. Pulling my hair out...
I've done this before without problems but it's been a while.
I am using Premiere Elements 10 on a PC with Windows 7 pro.
Thanks for the follow up.
What is your audio - Stereo (2 channel) or 5.1 channel/
Are you using a project preset described for use with Stereo or 5.1 channel?
Is the problem confined to the audio involved in two specific Timeline video audio clips? Where are you working - Video track 1/Audio Track 1?
If you start a new project is the problem there also?
You said this all worked for you before? Any of the older clips still available to get retested in your present program computer environment?
