My Lightroom has developed problems. 1st, Lightroom Mobile: Although I have not purchased it, or signed up for free trial, I get a message that my free trial is about to expire. (This is the 2nd free trial offer that has attached itself to my computer.) 2nd, when I shut down Lightroom, it backs up but does not completely shut down. 3rd, it no longer interfaces with Photoshop (I have both LR & Photoshop CC), and 4th, NOW IT HAS FROZEN and I can do nothing with it. I am trying to find a phone number to speak to a person but have not been successful. HELP! I have to deliver a job!
Do you actually have a CC license? Your post is not very clear on this. If so, Signing out and back into CC from the creative cloud app should fix these issues. Also what OS are you using? What is your Lightroom version? LR 2015.2 tended to lock up all the time very similar to what you describe. Updating it to the latest version should fix that.
Thank you. I finally resolved the issue. I have two adobe log-in IDs and during a recent MacCleanse, apparently my Adobe apps shifted from the current one to the old one. Adobe customer care helped a lot.
