I have made a indesign script for CS6 thats placed in the startup scripts folder.
This script changes a xml file in the plugins folder when indesign starts, this works fine on InDesign CS6.
I have just modified it to work under cc 2014 and whilst i can see that the startup script runs it seems as though on cc 2014 that InDesign loads the contents of the xml file before the script runs.
So you have to re-start indesign in order for the contents of the xml to be displayed.
Is there anyway to around this for cc 2014 ?
I mean to get InDesign to wait for the startup script to be completed before the application finishes loading
