I have received this message when trying to activate a Kobo Glo HD via my Windows laptop and ADE. I followed the link given in a recent post, to Adobe help, had a long chat session, which ended with them saying that they were not the experts and referring me to this Forum. Can anyone help??
Have you exact ask for reset of Adobe ID in the Chat?
At the end of another 3 hour chat session yesterday evening they finally found someone who understood the problem and reset the activations. It seems that the majority of the chat staff don't have any training on ADE and seem afraid to refer questions to someone who does.
