You receive a one month refund on Adobe Stock when you subscribe to the 10 images/month annual plan.
You can upgrade your current CC plan to CC + Stock, or have a separate plan for Stock - Planes de suscripción y precios de Adobe Stock | Adobe Stock
Many Thanks, I got it know.
in the pop up it said get 10 for free, but it didn't say how to.
What if (as a new subscriber) after 1 month I choose not to subscribe to the annual monthly plan?
If you do not wish to continue with the annual subscription you can cancel without penalty within the first month. If you cancel after this time, a early termination fee would apply - 50% of the remaining months.

We also had issues with the free stock, it is terribly misleading and makes us simply want to stay with iStock and Shutterstock, as yet again, with the billing issues and complications we had via reseller for our company cloud subscriptions and the extortionate cost of Adobe, once again we will pass. Why not make it simple for already subscribed members (at SUCH high cost!) to get 10 credits and then with a positive experience potentially move accounts to adobe? Not impressed at all. Speaking to our reseller again this week on annual subscription upgrades, the amount of people being bulldozed by adobe's pricing structured is just terribly annoying. Not a happy client at all. (And very well placed to confirm we are definitely not in minority)

Sorry to hear you had issues with the free Stock images. I can see from your account that 10 image credits were allocated on the 17th December and were valid for a month, as per the offer terms for teams customers. 7 images were licensed during this time.
Thanks for your feedback.
