DoubleClick Errors

Hi all,

Our client keeps receiving the error below when trying to upload my Zipped assets from Animate:

'There are 2 errors.

- Please upload a backup image asset for your Flash or HTML creative

- Please select the dimensions for the creative'

Above is from the following screenshot:

However, the backup image was in the Zip which can be seen below:...

...And the dimensions are in the HTML file:

OK so it doesn't look like the HTML worked even with the correct tool in the WYSIWYG. See screenshot below instead:

You may just need to upload the backup image separately.

This white paper may help. Says to keep your backup image out of the zip.

How to prepare HTML5 assets for DCM - DoubleClick Campaign Manager Help
No backup assets: Do not include backup assets in your HTML5 .zip file unless they are referenced by the HTML file.
The trafficker must upload a separate backup image to DCM. This image is used if DCM cannot use your primary assets because they are not supported. Do not include this backup image with your HTML5 .zip file.
However, some HTML files may be coded to use their own backup assets when a browser can't handle all the features. In this case, you'll need to include a backup image in your .zip in addition to the file the trafficker must upload separately.
