I have Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium, which I purchased as a student in 2010 for a Mac.
Since then, that laptop hard drive has crashed. I still have all the original disks and codes.
I want to re-install this program on my new Mac mini, however it says I don't have the licensing, since it is still "installed" on my old laptop.
How do I uninstall CS4 on my dead laptop? All answers say "call adobe" to get them to uninstall it for you.
But I've tried every option in on the phone menu, and it says they "don't have support for my product."
Uninstalkling is not necessary, but deactivation is. You need to use chat and you need to ask for only the one service they will provide - to reset your activations. Do not ask them to uninstall or anything else or they will send you back to the forums.
For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
