I would keep bothering support.. I believe it would be something that Adobe would need to fix for you.
We can’t help you here. Go back to support and if they refuse to help you get a case number and I’ll see what I can do to get some attention.
I opened another chat and this agent was able to help me.
I'm not sure why the first agent sent me here, but he was adamant this is where I needed to come when I questioned him.
