I am ready to switch products altogether, and have rarely been this frustrated at a customer service site. I have lightroom5. Yes, I purchased this. For the first time, I went to use the slide show option on the product and there is something wrong with the software. I thought I would go ahead and upgrade to lightroom 6, but it is subscription only...really? You mean I have a product I cant use unless I pay a monthly fee after I've already purchased it? Try to use any kind of help on the site, and you get prompted to FAQ after FAQ. This isnt a normal situation, so isnt there a place I can email a REAL PERSON? FRUSTRATED!!! Can anyone out there tell me how to fix my bad software?
