That's not a normal problem in InDesign CC 2015.2.
You can't roll back to 2015.1 but you could install InDesign CC 2014 and see if that makes a difference:
I have been experiencing the same issue with Indesign 11.2 and have been waiting for an update since upgrading from 11.1.
I am running a brand new MacBook Pro mid-2015 with Intel Iris Pro graphics card.
The screen redraw and quality is slow to refresh (especially when I scroll) and the color calibration going in and out (as you described it) drives me crazy.
The only work around I have found is by turning 'Proof Colors' on (VIEW >> PROOF COLORS).
I am hoping we should be due for an update as Adobe hasn't released one since 11.2 first was released.
I've been having redraw issues since the last two updates. Currently at 184.108.40.206. Large portions of the screen graphically look similar to shattered glass, doesn't matter whether in High Quality or Typical Display View mode. I can send a screen capture if needed.
Using Mac OS 10.11.6, MacBook Pro Retina 15" (mid-2014), 16GB memory, 27" Thunderbolt display.
