Please ensure your printers drivers are up to date?
Also have you tried printing from any other application to see it it works?
Are they grayed out in the popup or in the "other" screen? I've never seen a profile get grayed out in the popup. Only thing that I could imagine is that the printer driver is misbehaving.
Driver is up to date. (Epsom R3000). Have forgotten how to print out of Photoshop. (If I used Photoshop, would sign up for the Cloud and then would be able to call Adobe.) When I have a few hours to spare, will try that. Meanwhile, am going to reinstall the driver and call Epsom. I hate computers…
Not the printer driver acting up but operator stupidity. Have to switch ink to matte to access most of my paper types.
