    InDesign executable location

    John Wilheim

The default installation of InDesign for Windows places the executable, InDesign.exe, and its supporting files in different folders, with different names, based on the version of InDesign and whether the computer has a 64-bit or 32-bit operating system.

For example, I have seen it installed in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CC (64 bit) and I have seen it installed in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CC 2015 (32-bit).

(Note the space between 64 and bit, but the hyphen between 32 and bit!)

I am looking for a definitive list, for CC, CC 2014 and CC 2015, of the full path for all possible default installation folders.

Does anyone know of such a list?

Alternatively, if you know of any installations with either 64 or 32 in the folder names, for CC, CC 2014 or CC 2015, please let me know the full path for those installations, so I can compile such a list.

      Thank you.
