Activation Server Error with code E_ACT_NOT_READY

    irisz11630486

      Hi,

When I tried to open one book, there was an error message showing activation server error with error code E_ACT_NOT_READY. I have tried to erase the authorization, but after I entered the vendor log in id and password, it is still unable to erase authorization.

      Thanks,
