Were you using Adobe Connect or Adobe Presenter? I just want to be clear.
When you say you "sent in recording line, line established" do you mean you connected to your phone bridge or was something else connected?
When it stopped capturing, was it just the video (live video) or the whole recording stopped? Did you get a notification that there was an error?
Assuming you were using Adobe Connect, were there others in the room with Host rights? Could one of them have stopped the recording?
