I work for IT at a company that uses this Acrobat Pro X to edit PDFs. Recently there have been 2 people that have had the same problem. To fix the first problem I was able to boot in safe boot mode on the MacBook Air open on admin then user and it would work. The second time I tried it, it didn't work for a different user. OS X 10.9.5 What needs to be done so my employee can work on our marketing and advertising again?
