on 2015 mbp retina. old windows computer on same network updates just fine
If you already tried "Check for App Updates" and you still are not current, please try uninstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app using the directions and uninstaller found here: Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. You do not need to uninstall your other apps, just the desktop app. Once the Creative Cloud desktop app has been removed using the uninstaller, please reinstall it according to these instructions: Use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app to manage your apps and services
If you use Creative Cloud Packager to do the installations, you may have a preference set to prevent updates from being delivered over the web. If this is the case, please contact support for assistance. Contact Adobe Customer Care.
