I hate, HATE how you manage subscriptions. I equally HATE your customer service.
I have called you twice to cancel my subscription. I EXPLICITLY said that I never want to subscribe ever again and you confirmed that my one-year subscription would end. Lo and behold, I just saw an automatic payment applied, WHAT THE HELL? This is such a SHADY business practice. This is a class action lawsuit. I wasted so much time to try to cancel, but you make me go through countless hoops. What a freaking joke of a business. You've lost ALL of my respect Adobe. I will never do business with you again, and I'll make sure to spread the word.
Just freaking cancel my subscription and account, that's all I ask!!!!
Finally, I cancelled! This time For Real(TM). But I had to escalate it to the supervisor. Charges removed, and no termination fee.
Hopefully you guys won't have to go through all this trouble.
