What subscription have you paid for? The subscription to the Creative Cloud doesn't include stock imagery. Adobe Stock is a separate subscription.

If you're using After Effects, still images won't lose their watermark automatically. Video files should work.

To quote from the known issues in After Effects CC 2015 blog post:

licensing an Adobe Stock image does not automatically replace the watermarked preview image

When you import a preview (watermarked) Adobe Stock image from the Libraries panel to your project, and then later license that image, the preview image is not automatically replaced by the non-watermarked, licensed image.

This problem only affects still images; licensing an Adobe Stock video will automatically replace the (watermarked) preview video as expected.

To work around this problem and replace the use of a preview image in a composition: add the licensed image into your project, select the preview image in the composition, then hold the Option (Mac OS) or Alt (Windows) key and drag and drop the licensed image from the Project panel onto the preview image layer in the Timeline panel.

We are investigating this problem for a future update.
