    trying to change a membership

      I am trying to change my CC membership at the moment from CC all programmes and Stock, to just the Photography plan, but I have been stuck in a never ending loop of hold calls for the past 60 minutes.

       

      I'd been in contact with Customer support late last year, and they said they would suspend any charges to my account until Feb 8th, although I wanted to change my plan as when I'd signed up to CC all programmes and Stock, it had stated no where that it was an Annual contract and that I would be charged £79 every month instead of £9 per month as stated when I'd signed up.
