I know my Adobe ID, but it isn't working with Creative Cloud to download some upgrades this morning. There is not "Forgot Password?" link to click on. Anybody know how to deal with this?
log out of adobe.com and you will be prompted to log back in. there's a forgot password option there.
Answering my own question. For some reason (not enough sleep last night???) I didn't realize Creative Cloud was asking me for my computer (Administrator) password -- the one you use to authorize any software installation, not my Adobe ID or some other Creative Cloud password.
