Q. I am trouble shooting for a client who has a stand alone product of LR which has 2 activations. We uploaded one on the Home computer and one in the office. However the iMac had to be taken back for service and the tech didn't save all the applications which included a copy of LR. This means that we had to download another copy and have now discovered that the activations have been exceeded now comes up. Trying to solve this issue and would appreciate any suggestions. I am sure it is not a difficult one but the Chat support is closed for the weekend.
