Adobe Captivate free trial won't install

I tried to download the Adobe Captivate 30 day free trial on my Windows 10 PC. I come to a black window with an orange button saying to " install captivate." I click the button and nothing happens.

This is the screen I'm talking about... When I right clicked there was no install as admin option. Where do the install files go? They're not in my downloads folder.

right click the exe installation file after downloading and then click 'run as administrator'.

I don't know where the exe files are. They didn't end up in the downloads folder. What is the file name at least?

for windows there are two, an exe and a matching 7z.
