    Unable to purchase Presenter 11


      I'm trying to purchase Adobe Presenter 11, each time I click on checkout button, and enters my adobe ID credentials, I receive the following error message "The account was registered for a different country. Please sign out and sign in using an existing account for this country"


      I've checked on the profile an didn't find a country field to modify.



      My country is Egypt and so is my mobile number associated to my profile and my external IP address located in France.
