      The image in the CSS below appears fine in the Firefox preview in Dreamweaver, but does not appear on the live version site. The file is where it belongs, correct version etc. in the site directory on the server. I'm using Filezilla as my web server.

      #satisfiedcustomers {
      font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman",
      Times, serif;
      line-height: 1em;
      font-style: italic;
      color: #8B4513;
      background-color: #F7e2ca;
      padding-left: 115px;
      margin-right: 25px;
      background-image: url(Images/FrontPage/Letters_b_1_blur.png);
      background-repeat: repeat-y;
      background-position: left center;
      width: 150px;
      float: right;
      font-size: 14px;
      text-align: left;
      border: medium double brown;
      margin-top: 10px;
      margin-bottom: 10px;
      margin-left: 10px;
      padding-top: 20px;
      padding-right: 20px;
      padding-bottom: 20px;
      }

          The CSS file currently in use on the site does not have an image in
          that style:

          #satisfiedcustomers {

          font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman",

          Times, serif;

          line-height: 1em;

          font-style: italic;

          color: #8B4513;

          background-color: #FFDAB9;

          padding: 20px;

          padding-left: 115px;

          margin: 10px;

          margin-right: 25px;

          background-image: none;

          background-repeat: repeat-y;

          background-position: center left;

          width: 150px;

          float: right;

          font-size: 14px;

          text-align: left;

          border: medium double brown;

          }

            But it's not in your uploaded style sheet. Here's what you have:

            #satisfiedcustomers {
            font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman",
            Times, serif;
            line-height: 1em;
            font-style: italic;
            color: #8B4513;
            background-color: #FFDAB9;
            padding: 20px;
            padding-left: 115px;
            margin: 10px;
            margin-right: 25px;
            background-image: none;
            background-repeat: repeat-y;
            background-position: center left;
            width: 150px;
            float: right;
            font-size: 14px;
            text-align: left;
            border: medium double brown;
            }
