I've just bought CC All applications giving the Serial Number of in my possesion CS6. But if I try to install the new CC application, a message on display told me that I don't have any attive subscription. How is it possibile?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
In addition, please ensure you are logging in with the same Adobe ID you used when purchasing your membership. You can verify the subscription on your account page: https://www.adobe.com/account.html
