Dialogue box prompts that file is open or in use and can't save using the same name. However, I've checked multiple times and file is closed. I can only save the file with a new name.
This is on an HP laptop running Windows 7. My IT department even gave me a new laptop, reloaded Acrobat X Pro, and it has the latest update from what I can tell.
Is anyone else experiencing this or can help?
Would like to know the location of the file whether file is on Network drive or local. If its on Network drive that could be the reason as any other user would be accessing the same document (will request you to save the document on your local drive first then work on it).Also if its on your hard drive, please check whether the preview pane option in Windows is closed or not .
