I was experimenting with one document and after these experimental activities I got text frames larger than available space. There are about 80 pages of text and pictures in this document. The situation with the text frame is the same on each page. Can I, somehow, return text farmes into space limited with pink frames with some simple adjustment?
No, I don't know what I did to have this anomaly on each page.
Is there some tutorial dealing with similar problem?

Adjust the text frame on the Master page to fit the margins again. Furthermore: start learning InDesign by buying a good book on using InDesign or follow a training somewhere.
