I have a HP PC. I ordered Adobe Export PDF and every time I try to convert a file, I find myself on the order screen?

Hi Judy Wooters,

Please try signing in at "http://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID credentials and then try converting the file.
