Operating System Version.
Also, you can use Adobe Cleaner tool to remove the software, restart the machine and re-install it. Refer: Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

I am on a MacBook Pro, running OSX 10.9.5
I have Lightroom 4 installed and it still works, but with Creative Cloud I
was supposed to get all the latest Lightroom versions. I am paying monthly
but the Creative Cloud installation stopped working after an update. Then
I tried some fixes (changing file names), then I have been trying to
uninstall, have used the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, but I still get error
messages and I am unable to either install or uninstall Lightroom.
What should I do next?

You need to remove Lightroom Completely from your machine including the prior versions of it.
Go to Application folder >> Remove Or trash the application >> empty the trash
Go to Location >> Mac HD >> Library >> Preferences >> remove all Lightroom.plist files from that folder.
Run the Cleaner tool again to making sure nothing's let on the machine.
Sign out from the Creative Cloud >> Restart the machine >> Sign In to Creative Cloud App.
