    adobe indesign cc 2015 has stopped working

      Hi Adobe,

       

      Adobe Indesign CC 2015 has stopped working. Other Adobe applications work fine.

      OS: Windows 10 Pro


      Please see the following message from Event Viewer:

      I have already tried:

      - "ctrl+shift+alt" reset my InDesign preferences (didn't work)

      - deleting and re-installing InDesign (didn't work)

      - run in a new windows user account (didn't work)


      Please please please help me to figure out this issue!!!
