You should not have to manually place dll files in order for Premiere Elements to work, annika.
If you install Premiere Elements on a functioning operating system (and I assume you're on Windows 10 -- you don't say), moving dll files around can only be counter productive.
I must try to solve this dll-problem in some way,so ,I will move the file to different places and se what hapens.
Why are you moving dll's? What is or is not happening that should be?
The problem is: I can´t open P Elements14 beacuse the error message says ...the msvcp110.dll is missing or it is not located correctly.....I checked the computer and there is no file with this name.
I have no knowledge about the inside of computers but I understand that this lld -files are tools and different programs need diff.tools. Premiere Elements needs the msvcp110.dll-file but Adobe das´nt teel you what and how to do to get it.( in W10 and Edge)
This is a fairly common problem when two or more programs share the msvcp110.dll runtime file and one of the programs is removed, taking the driver with it.
Microsoft offers this fix.
I know this site and other sites too but there is nothing for W10.
It is a scandal that Adobe distribuate programs which is not working, which need expertknowledge .Never Moore Adobe for me and I will never recommend any of Adobes program for people .
But thank Your for help....Annika
