I have been there - started two chats - now on hold for 58 minutes.....
No one seems to have the authority to do anything.....
Paul, if you are having issues with Creative Cloud you can speak to Customer care on the phone
You can ask your query over here and we may already know what it is and then help you with it.
Yes - I am still on hold for an hour and 4 minutes on the phone. 40 minutes the other day......
Being overbilled by Adobe, and can only speak to sales reps and nobody that has the authority to do anything....
