    InDesign Table of Contents Webinar

When we think of XML and InDesign, we most often think of importing XML into InDesign. But sometimes it can be useful to export XML from InDesign so we can re-purpose the information for custom Tables of Contents, Appendixes, and other "referenced" files. I am hosting a webinar to show a simple process of extracting XML content from an XML book and using XSLT and InDesign Tagged Text to generate a Table of Contents and Appendix for inclusion in the book. The process can be easily repeated whenever the book is edited or updated.
