I installed Creative Cloud on a brand-new PC, but it doesn't work. Every time I try to launch any app, it just crashes immediately, and I get a Windows error message saying that Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc. stopped working.
So far I've tried re-installing CC, updating my OS and all drivers as well as various troubleshoots, even though none of them fit my problem. None of it helped.
Here's what I'm running:
Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit
MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard with an AMD FX 8350 Processor, 16 GB RAM and a MSI Radeon R9 380 Gaming graphics card with a memory size of 4 GB DDR5.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.
In this case , we will need to check with Event Viewer logs :
Windows logs> Applications.

Something interesting happened.
I wanted to change the system language to English so I could provide information and follow instructions more easily. After fiddling around a bit I found out that I was missing certain options that should have been there, so I decided to manually re-install the Service Pack 1 and now everything works as intended. Apparently, for some reason, the SP 1 didn't install properly the first time. I didn't expect that.
So, consider this problem solved, and thanks a lot for setting me on the right track.
