    Haze adjustment

Why is there no haze adjustment in LR6 standalone version?  There is a haze adjustment in PSE14 by Adobe..

          Hi Russ,

Dehaze is a feature only in Lightroom Creative Cloud, not Standalone.

When Lightroom 6 was released, the haze filter had not been added yet. Lightroom 6 will not receive any feature updates. If you purchase the standalone version of Lightroom you will receive updates to support new cameras, but there will be no new features. You will have to wait for the release of the next upgrade, which will be a paid upgrade, to receive new features. This isn't anything new. In the past new features were always part of upgrades and not updates. That is one of the benefits of having Lightroom CC. It will receive periodic feature updates because that is one of the advantages of having Lightroom CC.

In reality, you have answered your own question. Lightroom 6 is Lightroom 6. Although Lightroom CC is the same program, it is licensed differently and has additional features. You didn't pay for additional features, so you don't get them.

Jim has explained it well. It is a position brought about by US laws....

Yes Dehaze is in PSE14 and it wasn't in PSE13 and that is a paid upgrade.

Dehaze was not in Lr6 upon release in the standalone version so will not be included in that until Lr7 unless something changes with the law.
