To answer your question, PMM is a system so you cannot "attach" it to an
image on your page. You define and build a menu using an interface
window. Once the menu is built, it remains editable and recallable from
within the interface, and you can freely edit all the styles. There are
numerous ways to use images or CSS background images. Here is an example
done just yesterday for a customer:

It's quite a bit more efficient than using traditional images and image
