Last Friday afternoon, I had an issue with Photoshop, where the download kept failing. After about an hour of the Adobe person trying to get the download to work, she just gave up and said someone will call me Monday. No one ever called me or even asked how my experience was with Adobe. I spent the weekend troubleshooting it myself.
I am trying to find a way to transfer all my images to a non Adobe program and cancel my Creative Cloud membership.
