Exporting from PE 14.1 to YouTube - Settings & Limitations?

    HOTELECHOMIKE Level 1

I had previously succesfully uploaded a HD video to YouTube from PE 13.1 (from a WIN7 PC):

      The method I used was:

      1. Login into the YouTube account from a browser.

      2. In Premier Elements Video Editor select Publish+Share then Social Websites.

      3. Select In the Presets pull-down change to PAL HD-Video for YouTube – 1920x1080 & click Next.

      4. Fill out the video details & press Weiter.

(Since I have German WIN7 on the PC PE sometimes talks German to me...)

I've just tested uploading from PE 14.1:

      1. Login into the YouTube account from a browser.

      2. In Premier Elements Video Editor select Export + Share and then the Online symbol & YouTube.

      3. Since its a HD film select Resolution: HD 1808 (1920 x 1080).

      4. Quality: Standard

I saw nowhere to make the PAL selection as with PE 13.1 (for BluRays the PAL selection was also well-hidden behind the "25" Frame Rate).

Then progressed through authorising etc. and then uploading.  Looked OK when I viewed from YouTube.

Did I read somewhere that there is a limit to the size of video that can be uploadde this way?

I'd like to upload the 35-minute HD video I recently burnt to BluRay (est 6.5 hrs upload time!).

If there is a limit, what would be the best way to create a suitable file for uploading to YouTube?
