I was just told by Adobe support that when you buy a single image off adobe stock they sign you up for a auto subscribe plan for $9.99. No where on the site does it say this or infer you are buying a subscription. Even in the subscription plans it does not offer it.
I was told in order to not have the renewal charge, you have to manually cancel it every time you buy a single image basically. The site is misleading. How do I pay per image only?
Is this really true!? That's messed up Adobe. I want to speak to your Product Manager stat! BAD BAD PRODUCT MANAGER!
Not sure where the support tech got that information. There is no single image subscription for $9.99.
Click on the Manage plan for the single image purchase and double check that there is no 'Next Billing Date'.
I see no next billing date. I understand why they may call it a plan since it makes ordering more efficient and they know what to charge when I grad an image. I just was confused since support told me I was going to be charged $9.99 a month.
Sorry for the confusion caused. I will address this with the agent involved.
Single images are a one-off purchase, not part of a subscription.
I've added an image credit to your account as I understand you purchased an image you can't use because of the file type.
