Sending document and redirected to subscriptions options...

I have a free Esign account.  I sent 3 of my 5 free monthly documents.  When I try to send the fourth it redirects me to subscriptions options and does not allow me to send the document for signature.  There does not appear to be a number to call or additional help to fix the bug.  Suggestions?

Free account users can send upto 5 documents for Signature in a rolling window. You have already send 5 documents, we have checked the transaction details at the backend, one free transaction will be added after 1PM PST.
