I was reviewing the standard license terms with my lawyer and it was not clear from the license whether my intended use would be covered by the standard license.
I would like to use a few photos under the standard license as illustrative/accent pieces on a slide deck to add some punch to the deck. The presentation will be given at a technical conference where the sessions will be recorded and posted online on the conference website. The slide deck would also be posted online afterwards too. If necessary, I could post the deck as a PDF instead of PowerPoint.
My question here is if I can use the stock photos in my deck for this?
Any updates here? Can there be some clarification made to the permitted usages in the standard license when it comes to digital media?
For example, the license for FreeImages.com is much more clear in this area. They cover both digital format on website and in the restricted use talk about standalone content, but not as part of a project.
I would really appreciate some guidance from Adobe on this as the Stock license agreement is not clear in this area.
